Nursing Update Series
Each academic year, we offer a wide variety of nursing professional development (NPD) programs through our “Nursing Update Series” to assist RNs and APRNs in meeting their licensure requirements and maintaining practice competency in a variety of interest and practice areas. Program topics are developed as a result of input from area nurses, nursing administrators, and nursing educators. Many local healthcare organizations support our program and their nurse employees by subscribing to the Nursing Update Series. If you are employed by a facility who subscribes to our Nursing Update Series, registration fees are significantly discounted.
We are in the process of updating our Nursing Update Series 2021-22 information as well as implementing a new online, learning center. Please check back with us soon for updates.
We collaborate with many organizations to joint-provide nursing professional development (NPD) educational activities. If you or your organization is interested in working with our Lead Nurse Planner to plan, develop, and implement an NPD activity, please contact our office at 337-482-6682 or email email@example.com for further information.
We are an LSBN approved provider of Continuing Education – Provider Number 9.
