William Kenyon (Fall 2019 graduate of CONAHP) has just accepted and been promoted to the position of a Tier 3 RN Resource Nurse at St. Tammany Health System in Covington, Louisiana. This is a newly created position in which William will be trained and certified to work as an emergency room, medical-surgical, and critical care nurse.
William contributes his success to the nursing program.
“Words truly can’t describe how thankful I am to our nursing program. From day one I was light years ahead of everyone else and that is thanks to each and every one of you. Thank you again for everything during my time at UL Lafayette! I also wanted to thank Ms. Monique Gary for seeing more in me than I saw in myself. I’ll never forget, in leadership class, when she told us that if there’s a job you want, sometimes you have to create it.”
