DNP student, Tammy Bennett, MSN, RN, WHNP-C, was part of a team at the National Clinical Training Center for Family Planning which developed a Subcutaneous Depot Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (DMPA-SC) toolkit for healthcare providers. The toolkit was launched nationwide during a virtual toolkit tour on Monday, November 1, 2021. The webinar includes live demonstrations, tour of the toolkit contents, and time for participant questions with one of the content developers. Tammy is a Statewide Nurse Consultant with the Bureau of Family Health in New Orleans.
