Simulation Experience

As a student in our LHC Group · Myers School of Nursing, you will have access to eight state-of-the-art simulation labs to give you an immersive healthcare experience.

Equipped with multiple patient simulators you have the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills on simulated patients, including starting IVs, giving medications, managing a pregnant mother delivery a baby, caring for a child having an asthma attack,  or performing CPR on a patient who has had a cardiac arrest.

Not only will our simulation experiences help with your clinical skills, it will help you gain experience and confidence in communication, critical thinking and leadership.

This active participation and hands-on experience, guided by our expert faculty and simulation technologists, provides you with real-life training to help you gain confidence and excellence in your clinical skills.
