Post-Masters DNP

The post-Master’s DNP degree is for students who already have a Master of Science in Nursing as a nurse practitioner or nurse executive and want to earn the terminal degree in nursing practice.

The post-Master’s DNP program will allow you to capitalize on your MSN education and previous professional experience. It’s the best option if you have already established your nursing career and want to advance to the top of your field.

Post-Master’s DNP CurriculumPost Masters DNP Degree Program

This path is designed for students who want to work while earning their degree as a part-time student. In the post-Master’s DNP curriculum, you take between 6 and 9 credit hours of courses each semester, plus required practicum hours. Those clinical hours can be completed in Louisiana or your home state.
